rezgen.ai is provided as-is and as-available, with no warranty of any kind. Things may break, change, or disappear without notice while we're building this. Use it knowing that.
Your resume content, and anything you save as a Source, remains yours. We don't claim ownership of anything you type, paste, or upload. Per our Privacy Policy: if you never press "Save," your content is never stored on our servers — a Share link carries its own data in the link itself. If you do press "Save," we store that resume, its version history, and any short link you get for it under your account until you delete it from "My rez"; the same goes for any Source you save, deletable at any time from the AI panel.
Accounts are free to create, and saving, sharing, and short links are free with an account — no membership required. A paid membership costs $5/month, billed automatically to the payment method on file via Stripe, and auto-renews every month until you cancel. We email a reminder before each renewal charge. Cancel anytime through the billing portal ("Manage billing" in your account menu) — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't offer refunds for partial months.
An active membership grants 30 credits a month; unused credits roll over rather than resetting to zero at renewal. You can also buy a one-time top-up of 40 credits for $5 ("Reload") whenever you like, membership or not. A credit is spent only when a generation actually completes — a call that fails, times out, or is refused (no credits left, AI temporarily unavailable) never spends one. One credit covers your pasted text, one file, one site and one job target; each extra file, extra site or extra target is one more credit. Extras are charged only for what actually contributed — a site that fails to load, or is detected as a job posting rather than personal content (add that as a Target instead), is never charged, and neither is a file we could read no text out of. Nothing is charged at all unless the generation completes. Pointing a generation at more than one website is a member feature. Uploads are capped at 5 files per run and 2 MB per file, and must be PDF, DOCX, Markdown or plain text. Credits have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and don't expire while rezgen.ai continues to operate as a product.
Don't use rezgen.ai to generate or submit unlawful content, and don't abuse the service — no attempts to overload it, scrape it, or use it in ways that interfere with other people's access.

We may change, limit, or discontinue rezgen.ai at any time, for any reason, with notice where we reasonably can give it.
